I could not be happier with my experience. Their wonderful staff provide a clean, friendly, and efficient service. From the guys doing the intake to the cashiers. I will use them again and recommend to anyone looking for an impeccable car detail!!

Always a good car wash. Sometimes they do have some issues but some people complaining don't realize the services are all separate from detail. Been coming here for years. The charge for mats unless you get a shampoo. Also the do not open trunks! Ask and they are happy to do so. I did a clay and wax they covered some scratches up for me as well.

Have been going here for a few years for an oil change and detailing. This is the first issue I've had with them. Today I found that my antenna was broken off after my service. One of the managers had the antenna in his hand when I complained about it being missing. Hope they do the right thing and fix my broken antenna! Update: I called today and got attitude from the manager on duty. He stated that they don't repair/cover damage to your vehicle if it's older the 3 years! The General Manager was supposedly in on Saturday when this happened now I have to wait until tomorrow, 5/5/26, to see if he will do the right thing! 5/25/26 Update: No one from this company made an attempt to compensate me for the damage that their machines did, will never return!

I went yesterday for the first time to give this place a try and wasn’t satisfied with the service I paid for. I got the Pavallion car wash and spent $70.99 and it ultimately wasn’t worth it in my opinion (it cost $62.99 but I left a tip before the service at the register). They didn’t vacuum very well as there was stuff still on the carpet when I got in & the cleaner they used on the console still has leftover residue from not drying or being wiped off and there were hairs on it after they were done. The door panels essentially looked the same too. I unfortunately expected way more cleanliness for the price I spent. I’d recommend finding somewhere cheaper or just cleaning your car yourself instead of going here for the prices they charge. Pros: friendly service/workers, windows inside & out cleaned with no smears, car smelled good, dashboard cleaned Cons: too expensive/not worth the price, carpet, door panels & console were not cleaned well or extensively

This place is a joke. No customer service. I bought a brand new car and took it for a wash after the crazy storms…first wash ever barely hit 100miles. Then days later it rained. So I took it for a 2nd wash and the entire both rear quarter panels were scratched up and I noticed it during my 2nd wash when it was more sunny. So I noticed these micro scratches so I told them also they put some kind of stain on my front passenger seat on my seats and he’s gonna get in my face and say it was already there. I’ll be sure to post pictures. and the manager on duty (Sam) tells me the scratches were there and I’m just trying to scam them to get my car repainted. And I tell about the stain he does well it was already there you should know. I was so offended but I’m not the type of person to confront the 15$pr hour manager. So Im here to tell you all. It’s not what it all seems. Don’t sign up to this place. There is no professional training towards customer service. Because I was so shocked he said that in front of my wife and I was like okay well I’m not satisfied anymore I want my membership cancelled but I’ll pay for this wash and never come back.
